Moreover, our cars and vans are equipped with the most commonly used parts to complete the repair in a single visit.

We strive to complete most repairs in a single visit since our vehicles are stocked with the most commonly used parts. However, if a more complex part is required, it usually takes two to seven business days to receive the part and schedule a return visit for installation. If parts are only available on backorder and may take longer than a week to arrive, we always inform our clients upfront about the extended waiting time.

Our diagnostic fees are $70 for standard residential appliances or HVAC systems and $125 for luxury brands (such as ASKO, SMEG, Miele, etc.) and commercial appliances or HVAC systems. The best part!
If the repair is needed and approved, the diagnostic fee is waived.

In most cases, we cannot provide a quote or estimate before performing a diagnostic — just like a doctor cannot prescribe treatment without examining a patient and running tests. The cost of repairs depends on various factors, including the type of appliance, model, situation, and complexity of the issue.
Unlike other services, appliance repair does not have hourly rates. Instead, we charge based on the Blue Bookstandard, adjusted for California prices to ensure fair and transparent pricing.
